The Hopeful Spirit is the love child of my hopes, desires, struggles, fears, breakdowns and joys through this thing we call human experience. I am Hope, my labels include spiritual development coach, yoga teacher, sound and energy worker. But that is not what defines me. I found my roots in the ancient practice of yoga and meditation as well as discovering the natural abilities to move energy. I help others along their paths to find deeper meaning, a sense of calm, and study on the shadow side of our psyches. Creating conscious communities and safe spaces to do this exploration.
