For the next few weeks or maybe longer we will be meeting together in different ways.  I'm not sure what that will look like for you, but I'm sure it will look a bit different than it did before.  So what does that mean for us? Take a listin.

As Christians, the way we live should make those around us ask questions? "Why are you so generous?", "Why do you love those that hate you?", "How are you calm during such panic?" These questions give us great opportunities to point back to our great God and King, Jesus!

Sometimes we can get so focused on an issue that we lose sight of everything else.  When all we see is news on a certain thing we begin to only think about that one thing.  Look around, there is so much more going on.

How do you handle the bad days? Do you let them affect your witness?

I'm all for learning and acquiring knowledge.  Digging into theology and being aware of the hot button issues of the day is exciting for me.  However, I was reminded while talking with a friend that sometimes we can get so in our own heads that we can forget to evangelize.  Do you allow time for yourself to have a good balance? 

Today is Sunday and that means its church day! The day we gather as a body of believers and worship our good God and King! My prayer is that you were encouraged and strengthened in the Lord.

How many people do you follow on social media that don't share your same theology or philosophy? Zero? Fifty? Whichever it is I would suggest that you increase it. I've found it very helpful in my life to know what the opposite view of my own is. Doing so has helped me process through and deepen my own faith, as well as contend for it.
