March madness is here!

A huge disappointing head scratcher in Happy Valley has the Men's basketball team scrambling. But the Women's team pushes on with two wins and secures the #2 seed in the Big Ten Tournament. Also men's and women's wrestling updates along with baseball and softball talk.

As February closes, seeding for the post-season becomes the focus in basketball. The wrestling squad is still struggling and may need a coaching change. And baseball is underway.

With a little under one month to go until March Madness, everything just means more. Fortunately, this year the conversation is about earning better seeds than getting in. The baseball season begins for Iowa this week as well and the wrestlers are still working toward trying to wrap up the year on a high note.

Post-season football accolades for the Big Ten are out and both basketball teams ready for their shootouts with the Cyclones in the Iowa Corn CyHawk series. Its an especially big one in Ames for the Women's teams.

The regular season for football comes to an end with an encouraging victory at Nebraska and now the winter sports seasons are in full swing. Basketball and wrestling both on tap!

An uninspired group came back for an inspiring win on the football field and now turn their attention to the rivalry with Nebraska to wrap up the regular season. The wrestlers prepare for their tussle with Iowa State. And the Women's Basketball team gets two huge wins to stay undefeated.

Another one-score loss, this time to USC, has the boys down but not out. Still optimistic about positively finishing up a season that will be remembered for a lot of reasons...good and bad.

The loss to Oregon was a gut-punch for the guys. But the Hawks have to move forward. So it is on to USC. Field Hockey and Soccer make the NCAA Tournament. And hoops is officially underway as is wrestling!

Well, to put it mildly, this is a BIG one. Saturday's upcoming game with Oregon has everyone excited about a huge matchup with CFP implications. Plus, the winter sports seasons are officially underway!

A beat down of Minnesota was just what the doctor ordered and has the boy's confident in an exciting November. Plus, here come the winter sports seasons.

Kinnick Stadium was rockin during and after Iowa's come-from-behind win over Penn State. Lots of celebratory talk to be had before the boys turn their attention to Minnesota and the battle for Floyd this upcoming weekend.

The boys have fun going over Iowa's dominating shut out at Wisconsin and talk about how the tables have turned so quickly with Penn State's firing of their head coach and the loss of their starting All American QB.
