Stephen Wokanick, husband, father, and Park Ranger, who lives in Wallkill NY.  Visiting National Parks as a child lead to la lifelong love of exploration, mountain climbing, and appreciation for green spaces.  Steve has a background in powerlifting, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and front country EMS.

1st annual Gunksgiving Podcast has wrapped up. Aspecial shout out to The Family of New Paltz for hosting the 2022 Turkey Trot.   Beautiful day for a 5K, great event, music, food, and postive vibes.  We got to see some old friends and make new ones.  We wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving.  Attitude of gratitude is how we are going to finish this day!!

Mark Eisenhandler, master gardener, exceptional cyclist, runner extraordinaire, triathlete, former rower, chillaxation expert and all around interesting guy.

Phil Vondra is in the studio.  What can we say about Phil? He's is a badass, he is a legend, fierce competitor and all-around great athlete. Whether Phil is running ultras, competing in triathlons, or bagging peaks, his achievements are mind boggling. 

Since 1966 Steve has been a runner, a coach, a race volunteer, race director, and promotor of all things running.  Steve writes a weekly column for the Kingston Freeman.  Steve is a legend and nobody has done more than Steve to elevate running in the Hudson Valley.

Recently taking over the company from his father in 2020, Tommy has made multiple acquisitions, brought back some old favorites, and is in the process of introducing many new races.
