My speed has been improving in 100 Yard Breaststroke. Also, getting my flip turns down better in Freestyle. Both strokes have seen improved thanks to Speedo Power Plus Swim Paddles. Got some new resistance bands to do some workouts with them as well. My side dives are coming along well. The new swim paddles I purchase have helped a great deal in both breaststroke and freestyle. Also, I throw in a few different forms of exercise to help me out along the way. I’m close to being back at my normal swimming endurance pre-COVID after nine training swims.
