A little different episode this time as I have the chance to sit down with Daniel Broberg (DB Hockey Factory). We had just finished our first collaborative camp together here in New Jersey, so I took the chance to talk to him more about player development and what it takes to be like Jesper Bratt, Elias Pettersen, Alexander Holtz and Johnny Oduya - who he has the privilege to call his clients.

This episode we are joined with a player development client of mine - Tucker McIntosh. Tuck is in his senior season of his NCAA D1 career at St Lawrence and is originally from Canada - he path to NCAA is a lot different than the traditional path that occurs in the US.

This episode we are joined with former Ironbound Elite captain, Italian National team member and also student athlete of Trinity College. Marta's journey from Italy to the NCAA is very inspiring and now on her pursuit of representing her country in the Olympic games in 2026.

This episode we are joined by 5th year grad student, Anthony Stark. Anthony played 4 years at Colgate before undertaking a 5th year at new program Augustana. From New York City originally his journey is very interesting for all those listening.

Holy Cross senior Jack Robilotti joins us on this episode. Surprisingly he is only 1 of 3 NCAA D1 athletes from NYC which is no small feat and learning about his path teaches us a lot about the necessities that are required to reach the NCAA.

Air Force Academy NCAA D1 captain Luke Rowe joins the episode to take us through his journey from the EHL, USPHL, NCDC and committing to Air Force as a 20 year old. Recently, he attended the New Jersey Devils Development camp and is transitioning to the professional game. Lots takeaways for anyone about a journey of perseverance and work ethic!

This episode we are joined with Hamline Head Coach Whitney Colbert. Going into this episode I had no real idea about the program - but wow, I am so grateful for this episode as it truly opened my eyes in what a great program and staff they have. Chris Baudo - Head Coach of Nazareth College - joins us this week. Nazareth is a newer program that Baudo is integral in building and driving them to success in his first couple years. Before Baudo was a key member of BK Selects Academy and developed many players who went onto NCAA D1 and represent USA.

Taylor Wasylk - Head Coach of Suffolk University and former Boston College, Boston Pride and Team USA joins us this week to talk about the Suffolk Ram program and what she is looking for when recruiting players to her school. Last season, in only their second year, Suffolk reached the NCAA conference final against Norwich. 

Harry Rosenholtz is currently the Spanish National team coach and former Head Coach of Yale & Quinnipiac women's team. Harry also guides players like no other through his advising services and runs arguably the most successful girls camp in Sweden - CHS.
