One of the most gifted visual storytellers in our industry Maggie is making a name for herself behind the camera at the Cowboy Channel. When we HAVE seen her in front of it she’s no less talented. Happy to have had the chance to catch up with her 

I said it at the time: This couple is the podcast we didn’t know we needed. NFR header and his truly hilarious and sweetheart wife Christeena stopped by, and it was awesome from the word go. 

Canadian team roper, social media personality, and just general entertainer stopped by to hang out and talk about everything from rodeo communication to burnout, to his future in the communication wing of the Western industry 

Rumpchat, Cowboy Mafia, Everything Rodeo, and the Flatbed all in one place. We all landed on the same stage and got to discuss the ins and outs of podcasts in this space, it was a really fun episode. (Well, four episodes in one) 

The man whose legacy needs no introduction, excited that we got him tracked down. It’s one of those episodes we all love, full of old rodeo stories 

NFR bulldogger and the mastermind behind Pro Fantasy Rodeo and Rodeo Vegas. (Wait, Snoop Dogg is playing Rodeo Vegas this year?) KC is a rare combination of talent inside the arena, and true innovative genius outside of it. There’s no such thing as a favorite episode because all of them are so different, but this is for sure one of the most entertaining episodes we’ve ever had. 

Seven-time NFR qualifier and assistant coach to the Rattlers, the Fort Worth-based PBR team. There are just some episodes that I selfishly enjoy because it connects so much to my own life and experiences. This episode is that. It was awesome getting to catch up with an old friend and hear more stories and details since the last time we talked 

The Hondo Rodeo Fest The man behind the latest installment of a huge stand-alone rodeo music event coming to Phoenix at Chase Field November 7-9th. Just a freaking rank episode about a guy and an event we are excited to get behind. 

Let’s be clear…Cole Patterson lives up to the hype. I know this sounds cheesy, but I don’t care, there are world champions in the arena and there are WC’s in life and Cole is both. One of my personal favorites and I know you’ll understand why, check it out 

One of the rockstars in the world of calf roping horse training, and arguably one of the nicest guys you’d ever hope to meet. Truly a pleasure to get to sit and visit with him, glad we get to share this one

Fresh Off of what has to seem like a life-changing win at The Pendleton Round-Up Preston talks about the battles leading up to it, and life outside of just the rodeo world. It’s fun to see it when a guy is willing to be open and honest about the whole story not just the clips that make social media. 

One of the biggest personalities in the Western world opens up about WAY more than just announcing rodeos, and creating social media content. It’s fun when an episode takes an unexpected deep dive, you’ll love Jesiah “Cheecho Nation” Zapata if you didn’t already. 

The Bull is one of the most prolific figures in the history of the American Mafia… underboss to John Gotti in the Gambino family, and a man who walked away from the entire business when his boss turned on him. This episode is part 1 where he discusses his life now after leaving the Family. This is truly a banner episode for the podcast

You aren’t supposed to pick favorites so here’s what I’ll say…if, like me, you were a calf roping fan between the years of 1999-present I suspect this could be the episode for you. One of the most entertaining talents the PBR has ever had (in my humble opinion) and for sure one of the most talented music guys in all of Western sports. I had a blast recording this, and I’m sure you’ll agree. He’s awesome  

Guys like Marty are why this podcast exists, one of the nicest and certainly one of the most talented people you might not have ever heard of. Selfishly this is one that I personally was looking forward to for a long time, glad we finally got it recorded 

I won’t lie…I walked into Performance Diesel without knowing what I was about to experience. Hands down the most masculine/clean/kind businesses I’ve ever seen, and some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. The culture they have created there is truly inspiring. This podcast with the owner Jarad, the mastermind behind it, is truly worth the listen. 

Hands down the most electric header in the PRCA right now, the Southeast has a history of producing some gunslingers but maybe none more so than Dustin. He’s in the middle of a great year coming off a respectable Fourth of July. Happy for you to hear it 

14x NFR qualifier in calf roping Shane is and has been one of the very top guys in the PRCA for well over a decade. We caught him while he was in Calgary for a few days (6.7 in the first round) and talked about everything from horses to friendships to his foray into the culinary world.
