Welcome back to The Final Journey! In this episode we are going to invite you to explore some questions, like what fear monsters do you have hiding in your closet? What are some of your fears surrounding death? Are you choosing to just cope with those fears to make it through the day?

Join us in this episode as we explore a common fear around death- the fear of being without loved ones. We will have a conversation about grief, how our identities can be defined by a  relationship or role, learning what it looks like to be stuck, and practical ways you can honor your loved one's memory while moving forward in life.
