We all need to be careful and be sure we're playing the right game. A lot of companies are talking differently than we are. If all the numbers are in the red, is it possible for your business to have value? It doesn't work that way. Many of us are trying to play against people operating in the red. 

When you narrow to 1 thing every day, 1 thing every week, 1 thing every month it really makes a difference.  Steps to take:  -Find your focus -Find your skillset -Find your mentor -Find your tracking system -Find your accountability person  Remember that it is okay to separate yourself from those who are not in your corner. Find the people that are in your corner.
