An update in the hope I will shame myself into doing some writing!

I explain my ambivalence for football, and my absence for the last few days.

My thoughts on São Paulo as I arrive, and another rejection for “The English Hikikomori.”

I explain how I prepare for a night flight (by sleeping) and talk a little bit about some of the writing I still have to do on “Empress Of The Trees”.

I tell you about the first rejection letter from a prospective agent, and then, just as I was about to record, the second! As well as my ongoing plans for "The English Hikikomori."

I celebrate finishing the editing work on the completed chapters of the first draft of "Empress Of The Trees" and talk about what I plan to do next (which us complete the first draft of the book).

I discuss the limited ways that I use applications such as Grammarly in my writing process...

I won’t be doing any writing today because I have a full day. I explain my schedule and tell you what I plan to do, in terms of writing, tomorrow!

A brief interlude where I celebrate my fantastic job, live in Times Square, New York. (Sorry about the sound quality it was a bit windy!)

I talk about the two possible options for work in July: complete the first draft of "Empress Of The Trees" as part of Camp NaNoWriMo, or sign off the final draft of "Still Life." Any thoughts?

I make my excuses for doing nothing writing related today (and yes, they are really lame!) and say my thank-yous to the people that have encouraged and supported me with "The English Hikikomori" along the way.

I finally submit my book to three agencies...

Yes the second draft of my cover letter is done, as soon as it is signed off I shall submit "The English Hikikomori" to three agents... Also I have been doing my wonderful job for ten years today.

I talk about the book I've just finished reading, how yesterday was a "bad day" and also my plans for the rest of this week...

A song that I am very proud of, that I recently found the files for and have finally been able to create the version that I always meant to had I not (thought I had) lost the files!
