A little update on Still Life…

Exactly as it says on the tin: I’m tired and I’m in Prague!

Today I learned Norwegian for defibrillator and it’s rather amusing…

I talk about some minor progress I’ve made today whilst walking to Marks & Spencer to buy some nuts!

I’m working from tomorrow for the next six days , I tell you which European cities will be overnighting in…

Because I’ve done no writing today, I talk about a BBC soap opera that was launched in 1992, ran for exactly one year, and was then cancelled…

A brief update on my lack of activity today!

I blather on for six minutes because I feel I should do and I’m tired.

I talk about how I chose not to do anything touristy yesterday in Las Vegas because I’m so close to the end of “Still Life” I wanted to concentrate on that.

I contemplate what I am going to do with my day here in Las Vegas Nevada, as well as talking about the work I’m doing to get Still Life finally signed off!

I resolve the cliffhanger of where I was sent after the podcast yesterday, talk about how pleased I am with how much writing I got done last month, and set my goals for this month.

I tell you about the short story I have finally managed to start writing!

I don’t get any writing done but I do finally get the bathroom finished! (Well almost finished)

I talk about some writing that I did yesterday when not in a fit state to do it, and then the resulting paranoia that I might have actually done more harm than good to my draft.

I finish the fifth draft of Still Life, I have a few little checks still to do but that hopefully is me done on this book. I’m totally proud of it, and I love the universe and the characters, and I suspect there will be a sequel…

I get back into the swing of editing today, I have just five chapters to left, can I finish it tomorrow?

Haven’t achieved much today, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I tell you why I did not get any writing done today, and about my wonderful day out to Chester Zoo. And about a pair of flying whales I saw in the sky…

I talk about the fact that I am ahead of schedule (admittedly a self-imposed schedule) and it’s looking quite likely that I will complete this draft of “Still Life” by the end of the 23rd. I also talk about what I’m doing tomorrow, and what my stretch target will be for this month if I do indeed finish the draft by the end of the 23rd…
