Our little circle of contemplatives reflects on the nature of SOLITUDE in our daily lives, in our spiritual lives.

What is self reflection?

We explore the spiritual side of politics and reach for a deeper understanding of how politics might be better rooted in a spiritual connections that are life itself.

We look at how we define the center and embrace it spiritually.

Like a fish in the ocean looking for water we try to reach out and touch this mysterious event that is time itself. What is time... really? In quantum reality it looks like all time exhausts simultaneously... WTF! Is consciousness the transformer of the waves of future possibilities into particles called the past? What a romp!!!

Why is celebration so essential to human beings? We look at the many connections and meanings behind every celebration and how they are integral to a healthy life.

Something good is organizing itself into a new understanding, a fresh reaching for global peace. This is hopeful.

It seems as if so much unconscious material from the inside has become visible from the outside. What does this emergent material say about us. In a time where America has been trumped by our own shadow we have a unique opportunity to see some of the darker parts of us in real time.

Why do people go against their best interest and gather during a deadly pandemic?

One of the most ancient and substantial ways to ground our spirituality in the REAL, is through a deep and wide understanding of that junction where death becomes new life in the Meal. Food is sacred in all its dimensions of nourishment fro symbolic to literal.

The arc of evolution is a gift to our developing global family. Although frot with challenges and conflicts we are waking and reaching with new ways of thinking and rekindled hearts.

How is it we give up our personal power to another? Why? What is this power? We take our journey to the source of power and how we can reclaim it it this difficult time.

The human family is in the middle of a huge storm of a Paradigm Shift! How can we identify the tumultuous changes happening all around us and orient ourselves to what matters most in these transforming times.

From one perspective we seem so very small within the context of the universe and we tend to squat our smallness with insignificance, yet we can hold the largeness of the universe within us. Carl Sagan said it, “we are star stuff” and Mystics have seen it since time immemorial, “I am the universe... and so are you!”.

What is this mysterious connection that allows to hear and feel what each other says and expresses? As empathic beings we let each other in what is this energy that passed between us?
