A love letter from our host, Ashli, to you.

 the WOTY theme keeps going! after a year of being a yes woman and diving into spontaneity, I wanted to keep that spirit but while taking advantage of where i was living, what i was doing and seeing so much good around me. my WOTY in 2019 is actually something i'm now so grateful for after what 2020 has been for us.

 my WOTY exercise started in 2018 after a treacherous and miserable 2017 that broke my life open in a million different ways. i felt like a shell of a human and I needed fun, i needed to feel alive again and this episode sheds light on the word I chose to infuse fun, joy and excitement into my life after one of the worst years i've experienced. yes, including 2020.

I'm a big believer in a word of the year!! if you don't know this yet - this practice is actually connected to many different spiritual beliefs, practices, etc dating back centuries. My 2020 word actually ended up being something that applied to this wild and crazy year we've had - shockingly enough. I'm a bit surprised that I didnt have to change it, but it's been the best and most life changing...
