A brief episode today as David dives into the result last week for our AFLW side, the massive Inaugurals Showdown tomorrow night, & a few other stories out of the club this week.

David gets around a MASSIVE & HERstoric day for our AFLW side as we record our first win in dominant fashion, discussing the great continued growth of our side in all areas as we look to continue the run against the Gold Coast Suns tomorrow. In addition, a few notes regarding our mens side as the off season continues.

David reviews what was another HERstoric day for our footy club, as the Port ladies took to the hallowed Alberton turf for the first time. However, reality was also on show as the dogs gave us some footy lessons around the ground.

Quick little preview of a massive game in our HERstory - AFL competition comes to Alberton for the first time as these wonderful Women of the Port take to the hallowed turf. Can't. F**king. Wait.

Our ladies took the L on Saturday in a tight affair against the Eagles in the west, but there was no pride lost in what was a historic day for our footy club. David chats through why despite a loss, there was plenty to love in our opener.

After all the signings, the excitement of the build up for the first season, the kit drops, the hype videos - we are now just one sleep away from the Port AFLW side taking the competitive field for the first time - & David is keen as fuck.

The shittest PAFC podcast on the airwaves is BACK after a short moving house hiatus! Reviewing a spicy Showdown week followed by a comfortable Showdown win, as well as a tribute to the GOAT, Robbie Gray, as he bade farewell following this game & the conclusion of our 2022 AFLM season.

Just had to get my thoughts out there, speak into the ether if you will, just to try & get my head around this story. The main point? Eddie Betts (and all affected) should never have been subjected to this, but the AFL, the Crows, etc should never have spent so many years covering it up either. An entirely avoidable tragic tale.

David previews a big...ish match against the Tigers this weekend, as well as a bit of a tribute to Stevie Motlop, & some onions being cut as Erin Phillips is named our first AFLW captain.

David reviews the frustrating loss up in Alice as we showed some signs of the team we can be, but also the team that has led us to this frustrating 2022. Then, a preview of a massive match against the ladder leaders at home this Saturday.

Very belatedly reviewing one of the best wins of the year, David talks about why there was so much to love about our win against Sydney - and then previews what will hopefully be another very impressive win as we slowly resuscitate our season.

What was meant to be the first part of talking Swans & Suns, became just it's own little episode: First off, just a bit of solidarity & thoughts with our US fans & anyone hurting with some unjust decisions being made by those in power currently, followed by some personal & very exciting announcements about where we are going!
