Let's take the time to express gratitude in the written form to those in our circle. It could be a post it note a note in a lunch or a book or a magazine in a backpack or one that you actually mail out someone.

When it comes to advancing in your career it'll take knowledge, experience, mentorship and knowing what's required to get to that next level.

Take the time to develop your own character and look for long term habits of success versus shortcuts. When it comes to leave a legacy it's about the influence of 1 and to 1 and for 1 versus the masses.
