Setting an example to others by the white actions is some of the greatest tools as a leader. If you want people to be devoted you must show that devotion. If you wanna show people networking and engaging the community you must do the same thing.

You can have a great career AND be in good health AND be physically fit AND have a good relationship with your family AND develop yourself personally AND find time to develop yourself
