Nothing like a health scare to optimize your eating habits. This week Jules and MA talk about diving into DRUMROLL...PALEO! MA talks about how she had to make changes to improve her endometriosis. Its all about your mindset.

So its week 1 of staying indoors and Jules is starting to see some side effects of being stuck inside. MA seems to be more driven than ever (how?) and Skyler is well....SKYLER.

Well this one pulled at the heart strings.  Jules just got back from an amazing convention called Podfest. He comes back reinvigorated, with PURPOSE and with new connections. While MA gets a taste of holding down the fort and finds clarity at home with the kids. 

This episode we recorded at our family's beer garden and we are stretching ourselves on camera.  March is a pretty stretchy month in many ways. MA talks about why we should remove the word overwhelm. Plus we have some interesting guests that just BUG us (pun intended).

So a tree fell on our tent...It happens LOL. This episode we talk about the fun camping weekend and how we have to let go of our boats, safety tethers, whatever you want to call them, to truly achieve what we desire most.

In this episode Jules apologizes for interrupting MA by interrupting her. We talk about how important it is to have a gratitude practice and we started a new segment based on responses and messages from the community and MA's clients.

Hey we got a new intro...Things are changing (as they should) as we continue to grow as individuals and as a couple...Even the podcast is evolving. This week we talk about multitasking and how sometimes its not always good thing (like putting sunblock on at the wrong time). We continue to stretch in many aspects of our lives.

We are remote again with Maria Aleandra in PR and Jules back home. We talk about the rumblings happening in PR and the "rumblings" of whats to come for 2020. Even without power Maria Aleandra was able to work around the issues happening in PR to get Rock Your Life season 2 going. Not gonna let an earthquake slow us down.
