Too many Realtors and excuse my French, don't have a pot to pee in. Many even make seven figures if you can believe it. To get ahead, always take out your taxes first. Secondly, create a budget and stick to it. And finally do what we recommend to our clients. Buy real estate. That's how you get rich.

Delegation is a real problem for so many. And there are two common reasons people don't delegate.   1. It's too hard to teach, it's faster if I just do it myself. ❌  2. Nobody can do it the way I want to do it. ❌   Both of these are lies. Two huge myths. Work hard on getting over them.

Like you, being in the real estate industry, I can experience burnout. And when I do, I go to my favorite hobby where I can really escape. Make sure that when you're getting that stressed out feeling, you take time to do the things you love. Because isn't that what life's about? We don't live to work, we work to live.

Is everybody a leader? I've been in the number 1 position and the number 2 position, but I think I'm actually better at number two; I like the supporting role. I like helping people achieve their goals. What about you?
