I decided to be kind to myself and share something that I had originally talked myself out of sharing; which is a perfect example of being hard on myself or judging myself. My thoughts: I think Saffy turns into her mother in certain ways, which is sad but very true to being raised by a narcissist. And Sarah (played by Naoko Mori) is my new favorite character on Absolutely Fabulous. Sarah may seem "crazy" but I believe she's a reflection of how crazy she's been treated. Team Sarah 😉

What happened in my life today that is a pet peeve of mine, and how I turned it into a positive. Also, today would have been my grandmother's 104th birthday. Her name was Lavora Gray and she was an expert at keeping a calm head. I value having had her in my life into my adulthood!
