When something is working, it's important to put up visual aids to help keep it a part of your life. For example, grocery list on the fridge for foods that help with stress and sleep. Also, posters that remind you to meditate, or do certain exercises. If you don't keep these reminders it can be easy to fall back into stress.

Details on deep breathing to help calm urges. My urges tend to kick in around 6pm each day, so on days I am off work at this time I will try deep breathing. I mention a few other techniques as well.
