The Cicada Lounge Podcast

This time round Jack takes us on a Deep Dive to explore the Antarctic expeditions led by Ernest Shackleton. Was he one of the 1900s most dedicated scientific pioneers or was he a feckless bumblebutt? or both?! See you on the Endurance. " MEN WANTED, for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honor and recognition in event of success."

Another conversation with nothing being said. Today we talk about the origin of sea monkeys and their controversial creator, Triops being cool/weird animals and Jordans time with greenpeace. Enjoy!

Should we bring Mammoths back? Who the hell knows! Today we talk about Colossal Biosciences and how they are trying to bring back the woolly back from extinction, the Chickenosaurus project, and how ants might use mushroom zombie grenades... maybe.

Jordan, Jack, and Jacob use the Cicada Lounge to travel back in time to the 1300s to learn about Fleas.. yes Fleas! Jordan was tasked by the rest of the gang to do as much research about these creepy blood sucking, plague spreading parasites within a 24 hour period. How high can a Flea the size of a Trex jump? Are Flea circuses really a thing? Can certain Fleas burrow under your skin?.. well liste...

Join Jordan, Jack, Jacob and (good pal) Charlie as they actively profane conversations about the natural world with their inane and uneducated drivel. Natural selection, long eared bats, support dogs for squids, X-wing flying fish, and the Tsavo Lion Maneaters are all mentioned here.. sort of.

Jordan, Jack and Jacob talk nonsense yet again about the natural world (shocker). "Kimono" dragons, rat clumps, parachuting cats we got it all!

Harpy Eagles will take over the world! Join Jordan and Jacob as they talk bull about the natural world. Bedtime owls, killer Kangaroos, Harpy Eagle foot soldiers and drunk calling Jack to roast him about his stupid turtle dreams..

Jordan, Jack and Jacob ramble about atomic bomb tests, Human echolocation and what on earth is a thylacine anyway?.. among other things. (DISCLAIMER) Jordan, Jack and Jacob are NOT experts, just three friends casually chewing the fat with a few beers.

Jordan And Jack talk utter nonsense for half an hour. Topics include the Paris rat problem, scary/not scary dogs with crap owners and teleporting chimps.
