Captain Nick 'Laz' LeTourneau joins Chris and Amy at the Spirit of St Louis Air Show and STEM Expo. He's an F-22 Raptor pilot. His call sign is short for 'Lazarus', and he explains why. 'The plane itself is actually a pleasure to fly,' says LeTourneau, and that 'the engineers did an excellent job.'

The 'connection to the LA [Olympic] games is huge,' says St. Louis Sports Commission President Marc Schreiber of the USA Olympic marathon trials that will be held in St Louis in 2028. 'This is like the biggest race of their lives,' for those in the marathon trials. Just 3 are selected for the team.

Philip Rochon, pilot with the Snowbirds of the Royal Canadian Air Force, joins Chris and Amy from the Spirit of St Louis Air Show & STEM Expo. He says the Ct114 that the Snowbirds fly is a slower than fighter jets, 'we're actually able to keep the show in front of the audience,' says Rochon.

'Come early,' says Spirit of St Louis Air Show Executive Committee member Mark Sutherland ahead of the air show this weekend. 'we're not designed for 25,000 people to come at one time,' jokes Sutherland of the size of Spirit of St Louis Airport. He joined Chris and Amy to talk about the history of aviation in St Louis and the importance of STEM in education.
