It would be used as an aid for zoning and building in the area. 'It's neighborhood driven, it's resident-driven,' says DeVoti. He says to get the designation will likely take, 'many many months,' perhaps even '12-18 months.'

They used AI and genetic genealogy testing & authorities identified 70-year-old Albert Zigler as the individual responsible for Sperino’s murder. Zigler was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with her death.
