We are two ADHD Coaches who are also Sisters.. and also both Nerospicy and Sparkly, with a mix of ADHD and Autistic kids so as you can imagine our life can be fairly CHAOTIC! We believe in laughing your way through the chaos with your village. This podcast provides a lighthearted yet insightful space for those living with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and find humour in the daily adventures of neurodivergent life, all while building a supportive community.
