It's been about 5 months since my last podcast. I appreciate all of the support and there is more to come.

Sometimes you get punched in the face, sometimes you get smashed with Thor’s Hammer.

Have you ever thought, maybe I should do something different? Maybe you've been forced into doing something different? Regardless, I like to think of those as pivot points. Being flexible and able to pivot voluntarily or involuntarily is the subject of this podcast. Thank you for listening!

I have been thinking about time as I lay awake at night worrying about everything you could possibly worry about. At some point, action needs to take place as time withers aways for all of us. We have time, but how much time do we have and how do we want to spend that time?

Went to the Flyers game and heard stories for the entire game from two grown men sitting a row behind us. They were experts on everything and fact checked eachother regarding their knowledge of the game and the players as well as their honeymoons and other nonsense...

I talk about some recent travel and the challenges that I have had as it relates to airports and airplanes. There is always urgency until there is none...

Be nice to people and be a nice person. It’s not always easy and sometimes it’s impossible.

I go into some of the feedback from episode 54.  I love feedback, but the fact that my story about going to the doctor and sharing it here is being heard by so many people is amazing.  I follow up on a few things and why this scare had hit me so hard.  Please go get a yearly physical.

I have a conversation with a high school friend about her transition from pharma sales to real estate and how she has been a vegan for over 25 years.  Jamie is a self described home renovation addict, interior design inspo, mom of four (plus two dogs) and wife.  Jamie has social media that is a must follow for interior design, going green with your diet and selling homes.  

I talk about one good or bad decision away from something that changes your life.

Got to hang out with some former classmates at our 25th High School Reunion.
