The world is in desperate need of wisdom, and in today's message we look at what it takes to develop Godly wisdom: having the Spirit of God within us, and having a right fear of the Lord that fuels a desire and delight in obeying God.

There is something about being home for Christmas that just feels right. At the very first Christmas, Joseph, Mary, and Jesus, were away from their house, and yet they were home. In this message, we will discover how the first Christmas was not an invitation to come to Bethlehem. It was an invitation to come home.

In most family trees, there's usually several people we'd like to keep others from finding out about for fear of embarrassment. But in Jesus' genealogy in the book of Matthew, we find several people in his lineage with questionable reputations, and end up finding comfort that God would use sinful, fallible people leading up to the birth of His perfect Son.

As we enter into the Christmas season, we begin by looking at how from our perspective it may look like Jesus' arrival into the story of humanity may have seemed like terrible timing, but we find out that God's purposes and timing are always perfect and have incredible intentionality.
