This episode was recorded on November 2nd, a day before the election. Airing today on purpose to honor introspect. We explore with another couple the dualities we deal with in a time where attention is on the things that thwart power in this nation and the world and our part in it regardless.

We converse about the imitation of life through art; specifically, we’re chopping up about that Lovecraft Country. We connect on the parallels of the everyday with a favored Lovecraft episode “I Am” .

In these times, key word is LOVE. Especially ensuring the family unit leading roles are in tact, aligned, and focused on the bigger picture.

It’s a lot going on out here and being able to step away to regroup is key to staying focused. We share insight on what a reset & refresh may look like and how to press towards your own reset when needed.

We chop it up on viable solutions around closing disparities, policing changes, and the necessary lines in the sand that are needed now and forever! No time to ride fences or pacifying with fake apologies— it’s all hands in deck!
