App State Hall of Famer, Steve Brown, returns to BGP to discuss the state of the Mountaineer football program as he sees it today. It's a great discussion from someone who has been involved with the most successful eras of App State football over the past three decades. We also discuss App State basketball and the HUGE hire of Matt Greenhalgh as the new strength and conditioning coach.

App State football is over. Dale Jones is no longer with the program. Things feel weird. We talk about them. We also cover App State hoops!

App State football’s regular season is over. Sure there’s a chance we play in a bowl but we won’t know until later.  Ultimately 2022 was disappointing. The highs were high. The lows have been low for App State standards.  But we still love the Mountaineers.  Come heal with us.
