We answer your questions in the #BGPMailSatchel and have App State director of football performance, Coach Matt Greenhalgh. App State defensive linemen, KaRon White and Markus Clark, join us to promote their new podcast, Athletes Outside. Former App State DL coach, Brad Lawing, joined us in December to talk about the beginning of what we now know as the App State football. The sports season is over and baseball played 5 games in the SBC tournament for the first time ever. It was a great season. We have App State catcher, Hayden Cross, on to discuss this past year and his career at App State.

After earning an opening round, elimination game BYE, App State baseball looks to face Troy again in their opening game of the Sun Belt baseball tournament.  We talk about this awesome season and have a raffle drawing for the 333 Club's exclusive raffle to support the baseball program. 

App State alumnus and Shawn Clark's Senior Assistant, Lance Ware, joins BGP! We have a great convo about his career at App State and coaching at Shelby High School. For the SEVENTH year in a row we preview the App State baseball season with Head Coach, Kermit Smith! There's a lot to be excited with this season and no one is better at selling the program than the top man. himself, Coach Smith. We also cover App State hoops and wrestling as the conference tournament is staring us in the face!

New App State Defensive Line Coach, Victor Cabral, joins BGP! He talks about his approach to coaching, the importance of relationships, and the App State vs GaSo rivalry! We also cover Hoops woes and the continued success of App State Wrestling.

New Defensive Coordinator, Scot Sloan, makes his BGP Debut! After 5 years away from the App State program Scot Sloan returns to head up the App State defense. Coach Sloan gives us his perspective on coach but also the philosophies that drive the way he approaches the defense and what he expects from the defense this year. 

App State basketball has reached the midpoint of the conference season. A huge 4 game home stand for the men could help propel them into the top four of the conference and get advantageous seeding in the tournament.  We also cover the incredible wrestling program and talk just a bit of football. 

Big episode! We officially cover the 2023 Football Recruiting Class with Assistant Director of Player Personnel, John Srofe. John gives great insight here to one of the most highly anticipated classes in App State history! We also cover wrestling and basketball as conference season picks up!
