Is it truly all a life of luxury? Or is there more to gleam than what meets the eye?

There's something that sticks out in my brain whenever we start to portray and explore the multiverse, especially in media.

I've often asked, "Is this really all that we aspire to be? Is there another way to do things?" As a society, there are definitely things we can do to be less parasitic.

I had a heartbreaking conversation with a Native woman that had just lost her home here in Boulder, CO. It constantly makes me wonder: why do we continue to do things that simply do not work?

Boulder, Colorado was voted the "Best City in America" for both 2020 and 2021. I am amongst the 1% of the black population out here, and I have to say, that claim is pretty weird. 

I've heard a lot of people express this sentiment more and more over the years and I'm here to tell you... ..you are most certainly not alone.

What could I possibly mean by such words?

Celebrities always happen to be larger than life, but are they truly? What does our attention to their lifestyle say about us? 

I no longer consider myself to be a religious person, but I did have an upbringing in religion. Here, I want to break down what that was like for me and a lot of why I left organized religion as a whole.

We live in a world that constantly pushes us forward at what can feel like an uncomfortable pace. Slowing down may feel counterintuitive, but I believe it is quite necessary in order for us to see just where we are. 

I posed this question over social media once and got a very interesting array of responses. However, we live in a very patriarchal society...what are some of the effects of this? How do we deal with issues like misogyny and sexism? (tw: I make a mention of rape culture in this episode, though I don't go into depth about it) 

How do you feel about the accumulation of money? What if you had more than what you needed? How would you feel if all of your basic needs were met?
