This podcast aims to start its humble beginnings and talk about a couple things. Mental Health, the arts, with a little hint of humour to keep things light hearted. We hope to chat about mental health topics, or anything to do with the psyche. Things like overthinking, intamacy, depression, and so fourth. We plan to also talk about the arts, I particularly come from the world of dance mostly as a creative/choreographer, but I'm open to get to knowing/discussing our fields within the arts industry as well! With all that I plan to throw all into the grand melting point of discussion, and see
