The Already Worthy Podcast
Welcome to The Already Worthy Podcast where we share in the journey of living your most present-fulfilled-beautiful life while navigating what it means to be truly anchored in your worth - regardless of performance, career, achievements, etc. As a former competitive athlete, I (Bethany Crouch) struggled immensely when it came to tying to my worth to my performance as an athlete, my career as a working professional, and as a mom and wife. I am here to help you remember your worth is ALREADY. Meaning you are worthy just by being here and just by being alive.
