The ACF Youth Culture Podcast: Honest.Real.Life

During summer we chat with some of our volunteer leaders about how God is part of their life. Chris and Brian discuss the power of vulnerability, being honest and real with Christ and others as we were created to be.

As part of our summer series, we talk to leaders and in this episode we have a conversation about introversion, shyness, and how our culture celebrates the extrovert and outgoing.  And the tension of being biblically bold yet created by God as shy or introverted individuals.

During summer, we talk with adults about different things.  In this episode we talk to Crimzine about how she serves and the why behind her serving in youth ministry and beyond.

Abby gets real with Brian about how God was with her during really hard times in her childhood and dealing with being bullied.

Conner discusses how God has challenged him to be more bold and what that looks like with his friends and life overall.

Bren talks about her challenging upbringing and how God was somewhat part of it and God is much more part of her everyday life now.

Jeremiah has a frank conversation with Brian about how in keeping connection with God and using his word has helped him in battling the "fleshly desires" of men, or specially of Jeremiah.

Hazel was drawn to serve in production and photography at ACF church and discusses how God laid that on her heart and continues to grow her through her serving
