In the UK, hot sauce shops are few and far between, but Bristol has the Hot Sauce Emporium a go-to for all chilli heads. We chatted to John the owner about the shop, the products they do, and trends.

When we first came across the festival Rock & Ribs in th UK is was due to them using some of our fotage on a promo video, two years on we are about to do our third festival with them. We invited owner Tim on to talk about borrowing our footage, the festival and his Youtub Channel.
