Who is God speaking to in Deuteronomy 11 v 10 - 12? He is speaking to people He is inviting, encouraging and reminding to love Him. Our journeys in Christ do not always start with all the knowledge we need or all the love we can give. These journeys may not always end with all of both either. At any stage of our journey, desperation for our God always eventually finds a present and rewarding God....

The in-between, the place that's neither the old place nor the promised land, is an important place in every journey and what happens there is as important as leaving the old place and just as important as eventually arriving at the final destination. Every idea of a journey that God has intended for us is initiated by God. It manifests and becomes a journey when both God and the human being are in it together, specifically if He is their Lord and God. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest shall not cease. This is a statute from God. So, in the journey our Lord and God is taking us on, we will sow seeds and harvest their fruit - whether good or bad. It is inevitable.
