Tell Your Story

In today's episode, I'm telling a story about music, including some of my own personal musical history, and its fundamental importance to life. The story is centered around an international folk music exchange in Chile that I attended some years ago, and which has been, to this day, one of the best examples of how music can truly unite and connect people.

I had the pleasure of talking to Arda Ala, who I met during my recent time in Sri Lanka, about art and movement, and the way they intrinsically shape our human existance. Arda pursued physics and American studies in school and higher education, and is a gifted illustrator and graphic designer.
