Teenage Daydream

Gen and Jette stay up all night, cramming for a test with the Capeside crew, and a random student we've never heard of before. Everyone is distracted and the night gets wild when the teens do a 'purity test' from a magazine. Secrets are revealed by all.

Gen and Jette are so happy we are getting to the good stuff! Andie convinces everyone to go to the Homecoming dance. Joey's secret comes to life and throws Dawson into a spiral. We get inklings of what will become Jen and Jack. Mitch and Gail make a decision about their marriage.

Gen and Jette celebrate the Full Moon, but it throws everyone in Capeside into a tizzy. Mitch and Gale's marriage continues to crumble. Joey and Jack spend an interesting night at The Ice House. Pacey learns more about Andie's family, and Jen spends time with an older man (yuck).

Gen and Jette find a new passion with Joey, which begins the end of Dawsey.... Joeson? Whatever. We get some good Jack content. Le sigh. As the title suggests, Tamara comes back and throws off Pacey just as he and Andie were starting to get things going.

Gen and Jette have a new class project! The gang is paired up and has to budget their finances for their imaginary families. Jen unfortunately uses her pairing with Dawson to try to seduce him. Pacey and Andy get to know one another better, aka bitter banter fun times. Mitch decides to make a change to his marriage with Gail.

Gen and Jette are grossed out by Dawson and Joey's new relationship status. Thankfully, Dawson is nosy and messes it up pretty quickly. And no surprise here - Dawson is also a horrible friend to Pacey. Pacey decides to celebrate his birthday his own way since everyone forgets. Abby convinces Jen it's time to bring NYC Jen to Capeside.

Gen and Jette are stuck dealing with the aftermath of Dawson and Joey's kiss. Thankfully, Pacey hits it off with a new kid in town (Yay Andie!!!!). Jen struggles to cope with Gramps' passing and takes it out on Grams. (We all know what's coming for Jen this season, and it's rough). Mitch and Gail are back, and the marriage isn't doing so well either.

Gen and Jette (barely) survived season one and are here with awards. Still traumatized from the kiss that ended the season, they manage to celebrate with best episode, best song, and most growth, while commiserating over the most annoying (obvious) and worst episode. Counting the seconds until season 2! Season 2 premieres on September 2nd.

Gen and Jette have made it to the season 1 finale. Joey may leave Capeside for a semester, and that makes Dawson (apparently) confront his true feelings (eyeroll). Jen and Grams come together after a death in the family. Was Pacey in the finale? Barely. Was he more there for Joey than Dawson was? Obviously.

Gen and Jette head to the yacht club's beauty pageant, where Joey gets more attention than she expected. Pacey finds a loophole in the contest's regulations and joins as well. Meanwhile, Dawson has a (very annoying) epiphany, while Jen confesses she has some regrets.

Gen and Jette channel their inner Kevin Williamson in this Friday the 13th-themed episode. Dawson apparently loves scary practical jokes. A real serial killer is on the loose around Capeside. Jen receives a scary phone call, and Pacey brings a stranger to the group's seance at Dawson's house.

Gen and Jette head to the carnival. Dawson is (unsurprisingly) still sulking over is breakup with Jen. When he learns she has a date with Cliff, he concocts a crazy plan to join them on a double date. Pacey and Joey end up seeing each other from a new angle when they are forced to work together on a science project that takes them into the tide pools (and out of their clothes).

Gen and Jette hit the road with Dawson, Pacey, and Billy, of all people. Dawson is still sad about his breakup with Jen (that he caused by being incredibly mean...) so the guys decide to hit up a bar in a college town and get Dawson's mind onto someone new. Meanwhile, back at Capeside High, Jen and Joey shockingly join forces to take down an arrogant jock who spread a rumour about Joey.

Gen and Jette are oh so shocked when Dawson doesn't handle things very well when Jen's ex-boyfriend visits Capeside. Pacey takes Joey to a beach party and the night doesn't go as expected. Gale and Mitch try to bring new adventures into their marriage in hopes of rekindling something.

Gen and Jette fall into another John Hughes moment when everyone, including a new-to-us student, ends up in Saturday detention. A game of Truth or Dare gets emotions hella riled up and there is some kisses and true feelings exposed (except Dawson is still clueless as always...)

Gen and Jette celebrate episode 300 of the pod with a new resident of Capeside joining the crew. Since the town is so small, there is no hospital, doctor, or ambulance close, so Bessie ends up in labour at Dawson's house with Grams of all people helping. Jen sets aside her differences and helps. Joey has some bad flashbacks. Rumours start to spread through the student body - and school board -...

Gen and Jett batten down the hatches as a hurricane approaches Capeside. Jen and Grams, as well as Bodie and Bessie, hunker down at the Leery's which causes tempers to flare. Dawson confronts Gail and she tells the family the truth. Grams' concerns about Bessie's unborn child are brought to light. Pacey spends the storm with Tamara... and his cop brother Doug.

Gen and Jette celebrate Gail and Mitch's wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, Dawson finds out about his mom's affair. As expected, Dawson turns to Joey, not Jen, to work through this news. Pacey and Ms. Jacobs get even closer.

Gen and Jette get stuck in Dawson's delusion of wanting a perfect first kiss with Jen. Dawson can't keep his mouth shut in film class. Joey meets a newcomer to Capeside while Pacey and Ms Jacob take things further.

Gen and Jette are slowly starting to remember the delusion that is Dawson Leery. Jen heads to the school dance with a superstar jock and that has Dawson's spinning. Pacey doesn't seem to understand tact and that he shouldn't be talking to Tamara at school about their kiss. Joey let's Dawson's mom know that she won't be keeping her secret much longer.

Gen and Jette are finally in the Creek and headed to sophomore year with Dawson and Joey. They are beiginning to realizing their friendship may be changing thanks to the arrival of Jen Lindley. Last but certainly not least, we have Pacey who is starting off our most disliked storyline. Way to go Witter.

Coming May 6th, Gen and Jette are heading to the creek for some more teen drama. Still in Wilmington but we no longer have to wait. It's time for Dawson's Creek! Dawson crying meme included. More love triangles, filmmaking, big words, and so much pretention. With some of the most dramatic teen drama of the time, join us in this spring for for Dawson's Creek.

Gen and Jette are done with Tree Hill and basketball. 187 episodes. Does anyone even remember when we did The O.C. now? Looking back at the entire series - who was the best couple? Who had the most growth? Who was the most annoying? Some awards sare obviously and others brought up some good discussions. We are staying in Wilmington but headed to the Creek in May! We don't wanna wait!

Gen and Jette are jumping for joy and finally putting Season of One Tree Hill to bed. We're handing out awards and honestly, the 'worst' categories were overrun with nominees but the 'best'? Those were a struggle. See who wins Best Couple, Most Annoying, and more as we wrap up the final season.

Gen and Jette rejoice as One Tree Hill has officially come to an end. The Tric 20th anniversary brings back some old faces and sets everyone up for new beginnings.
