This week Ben talks with an ex colleague of his, Portia who is currently working as an Early Years teacher in Italy. She talks through her current experience living in lockdown due to the current coronovirus pandemic and also some strategies she is using to stay in contact with her children and aid learning from home.

Thursday 5th March marks World Book Day and we were lucky enough to sit down and talk with award winning Author Miriam Moss. We talked about how best to get children interested in reading and writing, as well as Miriam's process when it comes to writing her own books. Learning Walks are now listed in the new ofsted inspection framework. Helen, Jules, Ben and Jack talk about their experiences with Learning Walks.

Ofsted inspectors have to look at how well you as a provider evaluate your provision, and how you improve the quality of your provision as a result of that evaluation. That sounds a lot like reflective practice!
