Step 1. Step 2. You have power always. Believe you can choose Gd. Honor the brokenness. That it exists. And that you want to choose Gd eitherway. That you want to choose ultimate healing. Ultimate joy.

His love for Gd is perfect. You can access truth. Always. As you are today.

Stay in struggle. Believe you are struggling even if the struggle is getting easier. Don’t assume you don’t have desire.

Meditative davening gives us the strength to show up beyond our heart’s desires.

Middleman. Aligned man. Prayer. Desire. Internal world. Gossip. Sinful thought (self/fellow/Torah Gd).

The middle man is always in control. His mind guides his heart.

The middle man. Internal struggle. Always shows up for Gd. Has brokenness. Is triggered by reality. Internally or externally. Shows up eitherway.

Aligned vs unaligned. The containers/ garments/ embodiment of the soul. Sinful thought. The most painful to come back from. Close to home, soul. Honoring how I feed my mind. Moments of alignment.

The righteous with residual brokenness. Wasn’t always perfect. Men of ascent. Someone choosing Gd. The water flowing up and down.

Showing up with all of our heart. Both sides. In love of Gd. In hatred of evil. Residual lack of alignment.

Animal soul is located in the left side of the heart - spreads to body. Getting stuck in overthinking. Stemming from the heart. Rising to the brain. Gdly soul is located in the mind - spreads to body. Contemplating Gd. Lowers to the heart. Gdly soul also is home in the right side of the heart.

Man X Torah X Speech and the refinement process. Secular subjects. Most can be elevated. Most can be for Gd.

Things that are ‘bound’ cannot be elevated, no matter the intention. Things that are not bound, are elevated with the right intention, can be elevated even without intention, when using the energy or money for Gd, but a trace remains.

Nighttime Shema. The game changer. Killing off the enemy. Drawing out the trapped spark.

Fulfilling your body’s needs without intention. Bound vs. non bound objects and experiences. The power of intention. Elevating that which wasn’t elevated. Repentance of love.

Intention. To elevate the mundane is blessing and intention.

Neutral. The dirty. Peel. Face to face. Door. Walls. Stained glass. Green. Noise. Sweater. Living with dual consciousness. Home. Conception. Drawing. 3D Mockup. Built. Light, purpose, desire, come through.

Everything has its opposite. All for the sake of Gd. Besides the untouchable. The power of thought.

Chapter 3 p2 + Chapter 4 p1+2, 26+27+28 Kislev 5785 The thoughts I feed create the feelings I feel. Creates. Sustains. Beyond. Nothing. Everything. All emotions are offshoots of love and fear. Faculties. Garments. Take back the wheel. Limbs. Deed. Blood. Hold back. Down up, up down.

Chapter 3 p1, 25 Kislev 5785 Man is created from Gd’s wisdom. In an attempt to understand Him, I come to understand myself. The purpose of thought is to contemplate Gd and as a result feel Gd in my heart.
