In Mark 1:4-11 we see Jesus' baptism by John. It was the beginning of his earthly ministry and it points towards an opportunity for a new beginning for us.

This week we look at the birth of Jesus in Luke 2. We are encouraged to believe that love is with us in Jesus. We are challenged to put our faith into practice like the shepherds and to take time to ponder and treasure like Mary did. We pray you are encouraged and blessed this Christmas season!

This week, the focus of Advent is Peace. Yet we find ourselves in the wilderness where peace seems distant? Where is peace and how can we get there from here?

This week is the first week of Advent and we talk about hope and hopelessness as we read through Isaiah 64:1-9. We pray it's an encouragement to you.

Matthew 25 points forward to a time when Jesus, the righteous king will judge the earth. To those who are judged righteous, he will say well done - you have fed me, clothed me, and cared for me. What type of king is he that we would be the ones to care for him? What does that mean for those who have faith in him? How do we do that? That's what we hope to answer this week. Peace

This week we look at the Thankfulness of a man healed by Jesus in Luke 17:11-19. We are encouraged to be thankful for what God has done in our lives and to see the humanity in those around us, no matter their circumstances.

This week we read Jesus parable about being wise and enduring in his love until he returns in Matthew 25. We hope you are encouraged. ❤️

This week we talk about the saints that have influenced our lives and examine Jesus' words from Matthew 5:1-12 at some characteristics that saints should exhibit. It's not easy but with God's love and help we can be blessed and bless others.

Psalm 99 reminds us of who God is and we are encouraged to adjust our vision accordingly.

As we close out our time in Philippians we are again encouraged to seek unity even in the midst of turmoil or disagreement. Today we look at Philippians 4:1-9 being encouraged to"Keep On" doing what we've been told and shown.

This week we are in Philippians 3:4-14 where Paul continues to address unity in the church. There are those who want to add requirements to faith in Christ and he negates those ideas. He just wants them to take hold of Christ as Christ had already taken hold of them.

Philippians 2:1-12 talks about unity in the church. This week, we discuss this passage and talk about ways we can show unity to one another and to those around us. Peace.

This week we are honored to have Rev Chad Watkins preach for us. He encourages us to fix our minds on God like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did.

This week we are looking at Romans 13:8-14. We discuss how relationships are strained when we are out of sync with each other and how Jesus can help make it right.

The final sermon in the "10 Questions Jesus Asked" series. This week we talk about worry and anxiety. Hopefully we can find rest and hope in Jesus when our anxious thoughts take over.

This week we are in Matthew 16:24-26 talking about the value and worth of knowing Christ. Following Jesus means re-prioritizing our values and desires. It's not easy but it's so worth it!

This week we continue in our series - 10 Questions Jesus asked by looking at John 8 where Jesus is confronted with a woman caught in adultery. He uses this as an opportunity to teach about forgiveness.

This week, we continue our series looking at 10 questions Jesus asked with the parable of the Good Samaritan. A religious expert sought to test Jesus by asking what was the bare minimum he should do to inherit eternal life. This week we were honored to hear from Sue Densmore who challenged our perceptions about the marginalized.

This week we continue our series called 10 Questions Jesus asked looking at Jesus' forgiveness and restoration of Peter in John 21:15-17. Just as Jesus is quick to forgive and restore us, we should also be quick to forgive and restore one another.

This week we're in Luke 11:9-13 talking about prayer and God's presence.

In the 2nd sermon of this series we talk about purpose and what we want Jesus to do for us. We're in Matthew 20 reading the story of Jesus' encounter with two blind men.

The holy Spirit gifts each believer for the encouragement and good of the whole church. There is no one better than the others but all are an important part of who we are as a community of believers.
