I deleted Instagram & all social media(except YT, cause look, gotta be where they are to help! ) nearly 9 years and have never looked back! I traded in comparison, feeling behind, and wasted time for peace in my path and intention with my time. Leaving social media, or choosing to spend less time there- doesn't have to mean you'll be forgotten, bored, lonely & disconnected. In fact it's the opposite! I'm here to help you see what's possible for you and your life offline & to no longer rely on social media!
