Today's episode is here and someone left the heating on again in the UK as the boys have been melting. Nevertheless we bring you another episode of crazy stories, personal opinions and of course our local recommendations.

Episode 11 is here and the boys go through some would you rather questions, some news in the industry and George reminisces on a close encounter with a beloved co-worker.

We made it to Episode 10! Todays episode the boys get a bit feisty when discussing how to handle plates and crockery, Cal tells a flirty story and Max explains how a innocent act of kindness quickly became a very sorry situation.

Episode 9 is here and the boys answer some important questions about current hospitality life. Max fires some quick fire crazy stories and as always we give some of our recommendations at the end.

Episode 8 is here and it's Callum's turn to be under the heat lamp. The boys also discuss some bizarre tips and tricks for surviving a hot day at work and getting through the recent bank holiday.

In Episode 7 the boys discuss some of their best dining experiences, which department from a hotel they need in their own life and a story that gets down and dirty.

Sawadee kha and welcome to Episode 6. Max’s confusion over a Thai greeting nearly turned into a very sticky goodbye. And that still wasn’t as sticky as one guests situation after they were caught in the act while on a family holiday.

In Episode 5 the boys delve into memories from Covid, terrible reviews and a management lesson from George for all the wrong reasons.

Episode 4 is here and things get a little stannky in the Trip Advisor segment after one hotel guest appears to mistake the kettle for the toilet bowl. Bold strategy, questionable execution, exquisite aim!! We also put Max under the heat lamp as he opens up about the highs and lows of working in hospitality, plus reveals the dream five guests he would invite to his dream 5pax dinner table.

Table for Three… Episode 3 turns up the heat a little as Max and Callum welcome George to the table, diving deeper into the hot & steamy world of guest experience. There’s also a teeny tiny bit of confusion among the boys, one that could easily have turned into an HR nightmare.
