After 15 years of experience, it is crucial to assess our skills and clear what we is outdated or no longer serves us. Everyone understands the need of applying "spring cleaning" to one's career. However the paradoxe is that to really up level our careers, sometimes we need to let go that very skill/experience that allowed us to get to where we are now.
