I had to truly realize I never set my limits on myself but im loud and proud about it now. I can no longer over extend myself and take my boundaries more serious. Are you like that too?

Seeking help is ok! It starts at youth. We have to get professional help when we know we need it. My children are in therapy now same as I was just so they are used to seeking help and meaning sure my children aren’t going to become adults recovering from their childhood. We need to focus on not continuing that cycle of unhealthy upbringings.
