As believers, we understand what we've been saved from. We remember who we were before we were cleansed by the blood of Messiah. And with that remembrance, there's hope. And so we must be diligent in sharing that message of hope with OTHERS. Allow the work of the Father's grace to continue in your life...so that you might bear good fruit. Fruit that will cause people to see the change in you.

As we read through the Scriptures, we can see amazing testimonies of the Biblical saints. And often times, we try to compare their lives with ours...thinking that OUR testimonies...or our life stories are as impacting. But that's not true. As believers, we have ALL been saved from Hell! And we each have a story to tell.

Here's something to remember when facing the storms of life. That God can use it for good. As we grow during our trials...as we gain wisdom and understanding...we can put those to use in the ministry! When we encounter others who are ALSO struggling through life...we can be there to encourage, share the truth, and bring hope.

Sometimes, in the midst of a storm, we can't see anything BUT the rain. We can feel the wind, hear the thunder and see the lightening. But what we can't see...is how the Father is using it. You see, if we cling to Him during the storms of life, He will use it for good! Through life's trials, we can grow in our walk with Him. We can be made stronger in the faith.

The storms in life are often unpredictable. But as believers, we can rest assured, knowing that our Heavenly Father already knew they were coming. He sees the beginning from the end. He knows when the storms of life are on the horizon. But He doesn't just sit and watch you suffer through them. He's WITH you! And better than that, He is able to turn these storms...into something good.

In today's message, Pastor Terry will give a strong exhortation. He'll explain to us that NOW is the time to follow God. TODAY is the day you choose to accept His free gift of salvation. No one knows when they will breathe their last. So don't put off this decision! Understand that the Creator LOVES you and desires a relationship with you. All you must do is say YES to Him.

The Scriptures are clear. There are great promises and blessings for those who love and follow the Creator. But that doesn't mean that following Him will be a piece of cake. Living the life of a believer takes sacrifice. Just look at Paul! How many times was in imprisoned due to his stance for truth? But don't let that discourage you. As believers, we can have peace and joy during these storms.

Our Heavenly Father desires to use us in His ministry. But only if we're willing. And as we submit to His Word and follow His voice, we'll be lead to do mighty things. In today's message, we'll get to see how Paul was able to share the gospel with the GOVERNOR FELIX and his wife! You see, God will open doors of opportunity for you, if you're willing to walk through them.

In today's message, Pastor Terry will remind us that when life seems out of control, we must remember who IS in control. And THAT'S our Heavenly Father. We need to understand that He has promised to never leave or forsake His children. He will be there through all of our struggles. But only if we'll allow Him.

As believers, we're not exempt from life's troubles. The difference is WHERE we go to get help. In today's message, we'll learn how we're to handle life...when things get out of control...when our problems seem to be more than we can handle. You see, the Scriptures teach us that our Heavenly Father wants to be our ever-present help in time of need.

Do you trust the Father...beyond what you understand? Beyond what your eyes can see? And even in the face of those who scoff, ridicule, or question your walk...are you willing to continue on in the path He has laid for you? You see, this is where faith comes in. We have to be willing to press on, regardless of what man says.

Being a servant of God the Bible means that we TRUST Him... regardless of how things appear. Regardless of what people say. We must believe that the plans He's given us...that the path He's laid for us...is the RIGHT one. And that no matter WHAT happens, He will honor His promise to never leave or forsake His children.

Believer, you have been bought with a price. You are not your own. Our Messiah came to this earth, lived as an example for all to see, then laid down His life, so that we might be saved. It's by His shed blood that we were bought. So you see, it should be our heart's desire to serve and follow Him. But not just because of what He's done, but because of who He IS.

In today's message, we'll continue discussing what it means to be a successful Christian. First and foremost, to be a successful believer in the God of the Bible, we must learn to submit to Him in ALL things. We have to trust that what He says is TRUE. AND...we must commit to walking in obedience to His voice. When we live according to His Word...we WILL be successful.

How does SOCIETY today measure success? Well often times, if a person has a good paying job, a higher education or college degree...they are considered successful. If someone is married, has children and a home of their own, THEY can also be considered successful, according to society. But are these the TRUE measurement of success in our Father's eyes?

The Scriptures teach us that when we become born-again...we are new creations. Old things have passed away...and all things are made new. You see, this can't be done in our own strength. We are unable to make ourselves NEW creations. It's only by the shed of blood of Jesus that we can be saved. It's only through the POWER of HIS NAME that we can be changed.

As believers, we're called to be servants. You see, our Father wants to use us. It's His heart's desire that we submit to Him and follow His path for our lives. And when we do, we can be used to do great and mighty things. Don't you want to be used? Don't you desire to touch people's lives? Wouldn't it be a JOY to see others come to the saving knowledge of faith in the Messiah?

In the world of religion today, baptism is often misunderstood. Some believe that in order to be saved, one must be baptized...as if it's a work unto salvation. Others don't believe it's necessary at ALL. So which is it? Well, in today's message, Terry will be diving into this issue. We'll learn the importance of baptism...in the life of a believer.

The Bible teaches us that we are saved by grace through faith alone. Not of our works. And so we must understand that the act of being BAPTIZED does NOT save a person. However, as believers, we should DESIRE to be baptized. Simply because it's something we are told to do. And our desire shouldn't stem from obligation, but out of love.

In today's message, we'll be issued a warning. You see, just as in Biblical times, there are wolves in sheep's clothing. They use emotions and strategic tactics to manipulate people. But how can we avoid such deception? Well, take everything that you hear, read or learn...and hold it up to the light of the Scriptures. If it doesn't line up...it's not of the Father.

As believers, we've been called to the ministry of our Father. We have been given the privilege of serving HIM. As we submit to Him and His Word, He will give us direction. You see, it's HE who has blessed us with gifts to serve. All WE must do is say YES to Him. We need to step out in faith...trusting that BY HIS GRACE...our God will enable us to obey His calling.

As members of the body of Messiah, we're to work together. We should have a common goal. And that goal is to serve God and others. You see, when we first submit to our Father (both individually as well as corporately), then our service toward others will naturally follow suit. Submission to the Father and His word will also enable us to function as one body.

The Scriptures teach us that the Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. If we submit to God and commit to living a life based upon HIS Biblical principles...our paths will be lit. We'll be given wisdom and discernment to be able to see the traps of Satan. And not only THAT...but by the loving grace of our Father...we are given the ability to RESIST those traps.

God created the Heavens and the earth...and God created YOU. He breathed LIFE into US. And since HE has created everything...how is it that WE, as humans, worship idols that WE have created? These idols are not gods at all! They lack power. They do not have the ability to save you. They are traps set up by the enemy to steer us away from following the one TRUE God.

As believers, we need to trust in God. You see, in both the good times and the bad...we must learn that HE is in control. There's nothing that goes on without Him being aware of it. So when times are tough...lean on THIS Biblical promise: That He will work ALL things together for GOOD. For those who love Him and are the called according to HIS purpose.
