What is our story beyond that? I believe everyone has got a bit of wisdom in them. In this podcast, I will have fun and fascinating conversations with citizens from around the globe, who travel in various paths of life. We will listen to their stories, learn, laugh and love. My hope is that their stories will feel a lot like our stories, and we may perhaps recognize a lot of us in them.

I had the pleasure of chopping it up with professionally trained actor and Carnage Mellon alumnus Carl De Gregorio. Carl and I discuss the 2026 World Cup, the magical allure of sports, and their unique ability to bring people together. Beyond being a working writer, actor, and comedian in Hollywood, Carl also runs a successful acting coaching business for professional performers. As impressive as...

The film stars Whip Hubley of Top Gun fame alongside Native American actor, musi...

Model Citizen 20.04.2026

Japanese-born, American-based model and content creator Arisa goes by a single name: ARISA. Her beauty, soft-spoken voice, and presence are wrapped in a gentle, calm demeanor. But within seconds of this conversation, those qualities are overshadowed by her passion and intellect. We dive into Arisa’s captivating origin story—one that traces her journey from a tomboy in a small Japanese village to l...

Don’t Cry for Me Puerto Rico 26.02.2026

I sit down with Puerto Rican comedian, writer, actress, and activist Corinne Irizarry for a deep‑dive discussion about Puerto Rico—an unincorporated territory of the United States, an annexed island that gives the U.S. some Caribbean street cred. As a native New Yorker, Corinne brings several nuanced perspectives on the Puerto Rican diaspora, from mainlanders to island‑born Boricuas. She holds not...

Clika Clique 23.01.2026

I had the extreme pleasure of sitting down with the filmmakers and producers behind the newly released film Clika. The film is executive produced by Jimmy Humilde and features stars such as Eric Roberts, Master P, and Peter Greene. It also marks the film debut of its lead actor, Jaydee. While this is his first acting role, he’s no stranger to performing—he’s the lead singer of the group Herencia d...

The Wolfe Man 06.12.2025

Hip-hop icon Colin Wolfe delivers casual, humble, and unassuming vocals in this interview episode of #SDnR. His down-to-earth manner is both refreshing and surprising, especially considering he’s worked with some of the biggest names in music—Madonna, Michael Jackson, Tupac, and Dr. Dre, just to name a few. Being a major contributor to The Chronic alone earns him lifelong bragging rights, but Coli...

An Ifeoma Informal 07.11.2025

Nigerian-born Ifeoma Fafunwa has been called a social impact theatre maker, and her world-renowned play “Hear Word!” certainly earns her that title. The internationally acclaimed work amplifies women’s voices, stories, and struggles. True to her Naija roots, Ifeoma has embraced many creative roles — playwright, director, actor, activist, and fundraiser — just to name a few. A proud mother of four,...

Cat’s Got Her Tongue 10.09.2025

It was an honor speaking with singer-songwriter, actor, philosopher, and all-around great artist, Cat Wilson. Have you ever had one of those friends who seems to have undergone a shift—a change, a boost in confidence so profound that you can’t quite explain it? You don’t notice a specific physical difference, yet somehow, they appear taller, more poised, more at ease in their own skin. You can’t p...

The Hollywood Talk of Fame 15.08.2025

Doug E. Doug and I "chop it up," as they say, about Hollywood, the media, and the entertainment industry as a whole. This is a world that holds deep fascination and mystery for the layman—but from the inside looking out, this Tinseltown neighborhood can be quite costly to the soul. It’s an exclusive place, often filled with unfriendly neighbors frolicking through the streets as if nothing ever goe...

Samba recently became a U.S. citizen, and this shift in his immigration status opened the door to a heartfelt and sincere discussion about ICE, immigration, and what American citizenship truly means to those who choose it. While chasing the American Dream, Samba was also pursuing the Hollywood dre...

Good Grief 27.05.2025

My friend Erika Enggren and I have both experienced the profound loss of people near and dear to us. In Erika’s case, it was the death of her stepdad, whom she had known for most of her life. For me, it was the loss of an extremely close friend I had known for over twenty years. These unfortunate, simultaneous events sparked a meaningful conversation between us — a conversation about grief and the...

Hale Watching 01.12.2024

Mike Hale recounts his life of a child actor with fondness and joy. The way most children talk about summer camp. Even though his short stint as a child in show-biz in retrospect wasn’t very long lived, he still managed to have a more robust career than most adult actors who have been in the game for years. But don’t hate the kid playing , hate the game. Even though he survived Hollywood as a chil...

Mindy was at one time a teacher at the world famous “Groundlings“ where she taught comedy improv to many of the comedic legen...

A people who’s home page setting seems to be that of...

The People of Gaza 27.10.2023

Sarah Alami is an amazingly accomplished actress, model and voice actor. Unfortunately we were not able to talk about Sarah’s great artistic achievements. No time to brag about her recent role in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3”. The recent Israel-Hamas conflict has got the world on edge. This is even tenfold for Sarah. Being a Palestinian American brings this conflict even closer to Sarah’s heart...

In this episode, I am extremely excited to spotlight actor Shaan Sharma, renowned for his impactful contributions as a SAG/AFTRA board member.
