Believe it or not, we're liking this season of Star Trek: Discovery, but... Let the nitpicking minute details commence! The dinner scene, for instance.  Detmer, is this your issue? Please be no. Some parents here want these teens to keep their hands off each other.  The horrorshow of ending up with your high school relationship. And finally, we bring back an old favorite segment from the RoA 

What's going on?  Has it been a whole year? How long is that anyway? Where's Sean? Questions are answered.  Lane and Courtney Bowen come back to talk about Star Trek Discovery.  Back on Earth things have fallen apart and the Discovery crew has to fix it.  Who needs Michael?  Oh.  Have things devolved back to what they were like before?   What? 

The Discovery crew shows up 930 years later and we finally get to meet some characters.  Wade is just so happy to finally like what the show is doing. Wade has become what he hates.  The worst kind of Star Trek fan.   Sean is there to put us in his place.   Glen is the same kind of fan he's been.  In Status Report, everybody gets along. Kinda.

Benny's here for Temporal Edict.  Who's Benny?  Someone who knows less about Star Trek than Sean.  Are the dumb jokes starting to wear thin?  If Glen keeps saying the C-word we're going to have to yell at him.
