Ruth 1:1-5 Ruth is a story of two migrant, childless widows. It's also the story of redemption for the entire world. As Ruth and Naomi cling to their hope in God in spite of chaos, we find a picture of the renewal of cosmos.

John 13:1-17 Arguably the most powerful parable of Jesus was not spoken, but instead acted out. By washing His disciple's feet Jesus taught us that no job is too small and that sometimes the work just needs to get done.
