This week Captain Bill and Dave pretty much try and figure out the merits of the DeShawn Watson trade - from the ridiculous 5 draft picks to the largest guaranteed contract in the NFL.

This week as Captain Bill and Dave are trying to adjust to the time change Sunday,and find NFL is doing the Brady Twitch and we see where QB switch is going on in Cleveland and around the league. More Browns released on not resigned so where are they going now? Calvin Ridley suspended for gambling. Break Dancing in the Olympics? Seriously?: And a look at what baseball will look like with the new C...

After too much rain and too high gas prices we down to sports talk about real wives. Then on to the success of the Cavs, how well did NBC do with the Olympics, the return of bowling to the area, the disappearing of Golf courses all around, and the state of the lack of baseball. So much for one action packed hour.

After Captain Bill and Dave get past the 450th anniversary of "The Godfather", it's on to the just completed Winter Olympics. There's also a break down of the breakdown of the MLB and Players Association talks. What really divides them and why are thing not moving with the threat of losing April baseball?

This week Captain Bill rides Dave for the technical difficulties which wiped out last weeks show. then on to a review of Superbowl plays and commercials. The NBA all star game, Spring baseball games are cancelled and other side bar tangents that they go off on.

It's Superbowl week and after taking care of our pets Captain Bill & Dave have a lot of talk about THE BIG GAME since talking is what they do best.

This week (after a bit on the British Parliment) Captan Bill and Dave get into a good look of the divisional playoffs. The Superbowl is now set with Cincinnati and the Rams. What is the difference between the Browns and all other playoff teams?

And then there were four! Captain Bill and Dave talk about the weekend playoff games and what great games they were! And two great games to look forward to. Baker Mayfield has a successful surgery and talk goes back to is Baker Mayfield the answer? If he isn't the answer then what is? Hummmm.

This week on Sports Side Bar It's about winter sports - or at lest surviving Storm Izzy. But we also get in a little sports when talking about the NFL Playoffs, Big Ben's last day as QB, and the Baseball Lockout.

This week Captain Bill and Dave discuss the NFL Playoffs and how gooid the Football Gods have been to the Pittsburgh Steelers. And then there's the Browns - From the retirement of the player/broadcaster Doug Decan to what to do about the Browns in the off season. And yes, still a little more complaining about the Cleveland Guardians name change.

In our first show of the year Captain Bill and Dave talk about the latest loss by the Browns and where they go from here ... besides home after their next game.

The weather outside ain't frightful, and the covid is not so delightful. Especially to the NFL and the NBA. Should vaccinated players be allowed to even play. Urban Myers out as coach in Jacksonville. Other college coaches that didn't make it in the NFL. And a new minority owner for the Cleveland Guardians.

The Browns hold on to another win with the division leader Ravens and the long ride into the playoff possible. Talk about Bruce Drennan's retirement. The great peanut butter question. Aslo talk about the Gray Cup and Captain starts listing the insignificant College Bowls gearing up.

Another week in the NFL and the Browns didn't lose. They didn't play but they didn't lose. A look at what is going on for the rest of there is and where things may be going - if they are going anywhere with more questions about Baker. Also more complaining about the Guardians name.

Why does no one love the Guradians and does it matter with the looming baseball lockout. The Browns go down again. At 6 & 6 the playoff are fading off into the west as is the Baker Mayfield era maybe? Tune into to Captain Bill and Dave to see their somewhat keen observsation of sports.
