When your body speaks, you better listen. It is so important that we nourish our bodies with healthy foods and drinks. The saying, you are what you eat is the absolute truth and as women, it is important to know your body and especially your lady parts. As a parent I am not sure why some people allow their children to go off or be in the company of just anyone. People cannot be trusted and that goes for people in the industry as well. Why can’t people clap for others even if they don’t know them? Why do they feel the need to stand with the popular crowd even if what that person is saying or doing isn’t right? In today’s world a person will jump on the bandwagon just to fit in, even if they don’t quite agree with them? They are so afraid to be themselves or stand up for what is right. Let’s Yak!!

Have you ever been around someone and they are always trying to demonize a child for acting like the absentee parent? Most of the time it is never anything positive but only negative. Stop labeling these children and planting negative seeds and allow them to be themselves. Let’s Yak!
